LAURION Mineral Exploration Inc. Engages ICP Securities Inc. for Market Making Services

Toronto, Ontario — August 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — LAURION Mineral Exploration Inc. (“LAURION”) has engaged ICP Securities Inc. (“ICP”) to provide automated market making services, including the use of its proprietary algorithm, ICP Premium®, to ensure compliance with TSX Venture Exchange policies and applicable legislation. The agreement, effective August 26, 2026, is for an initial term of four months and will automatically renew for subsequent one-month terms unless either party provides at least thirty days' written notice before the end of a term. ICP will receive a monthly fee of $7,500, plus applicable taxes, with no performance factors, stock options, or other compensation tied to the engagement. ICP currently holds no direct or indirect interest in LAURION securities, though it and its clients may acquire an interest in the future. ICP is an arm's length party to the Company.

ICP's market making activities are intended to address temporary imbalances in the supply and demand of LAURION's shares. ICP will bear all costs associated with its trading activities, with no third-party funding or securities provided for these operations. The engagement is pending acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

In conjunction with this new agreement, LAURION has notified Integral Wealth Securities Limited (“Integral”) of the termination of its existing market making services agreement, effective August 31, 2026. LAURION expressed its gratitude to Integral for its services.

Cynthia Le Sueur-Aquin, President and CEO of LAURION, is the Company's largest shareholder, holding 17,221,306 common shares, demonstrating strong alignment with shareholders.
