One World Lithium Extends Warrant Expiry Dates

August 28, 2026 — Leads & Copy — One World Lithium Inc. (CSE:OWLI) announced on August 27, 2026, that the company will amend the terms of an aggregate of 2,496,000 outstanding common share purchase warrants. These warrants are currently exercisable to acquire common shares of the Company at a price of $0.08 per share until September 14, 2026. The proposed amendment will extend the expiry date of the warrants by an additional twenty-four months, to September 14, 2028. All other terms and conditions of the warrants will remain unchanged.

The warrants were originally issued as part of a non-brokered private placement that closed on September 14, 2023. The warrant amendment is contingent upon the review and acceptance of the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE).

Warrant holders are advised that replacement warrant certificates will not be issued. The original warrant certificate must be presented to the Company to exercise the warrants.
