Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. to Transfer to NEX Board
Vancouver, B.C. — May 11, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Discovery Harbour Resources Corp. shares will be transferred to the NEX Board of the TSX Venture Exchange, effective on or about May 14, 2026.
The transfer to NEX is due to the Company not meeting the continued listing requirements for a Tier 2 issuer, according to TSXV Policy 2.5.
The company's trading symbol will change from DHR to DHR.H to differentiate NEX symbols from other symbols listed on the TSXV. There will be no change to the Company’s name, CUSIP, or capital consolidation.
Discovery Harbour is focused on sourcing, exploring, and developing mineral properties in mining-friendly jurisdictions.
