Planet Ventures Files Early Warning Report Regarding Leocor Mining Inc. Acquisition

Planet Ventures Inc. (CSE: PXI) has announced the filing of an early warning report regarding its acquisition of common shares in Leocor Mining Inc. The acquisition was made through a private placement of units of Leocor completed on March 26, 2026.

Leocor is a reporting issuer in British Columbia, Alberta, and Ontario, with its common shares listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) under the ticker symbol “LECR.”

Planet Ventures acquired units consisting of 20,000,000 common shares and 20,000,000 transferable common share purchase warrants upon completion of the offering. Following the acquisition, Planet Ventures now owns 34,855,083 common shares, representing 17.58% of the 198,232,402 common shares issued and outstanding after the offering, on a non-diluted basis. Additionally, the company holds warrants exercisable into 24,000,000 common shares.

The warrants are subject to a blocker provision, preventing Planet Ventures from exercising them if doing so would result in the company beneficially owning more than 20% of the outstanding common shares at the time of exercise.
