Vancouver, BC – August 28, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Stellar AfricaGold Inc. (TSXV: SPX, TGAT: 6YP and FSX: 6YP) has announced the granting of incentive stock options and performance share units (PSUs) as part of its Omnibus Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The company has granted an aggregate of 1,750,000 incentive stock options to five directors and one employee. These options are exercisable at $0.12 per share and are valid until August 28, 2031.
In addition to the stock options, Stellar has granted 100,000 Performance Share Units (PSUs) to Dr. Paul Kitto, a director and senior geological consultant. These PSUs are contingent upon the company achieving a total of 600,000 ounces of Inferred and Indicated gold resources. With previous grants, Dr. Kitto's total PSUs now stand at 750,000, tied to incremental milestones of gold resources discovered. Each PSU allows the holder to acquire one common share of the Company for nil consideration upon certain exploration milestones being met. Specifically, the common shares will be issued once the Company incrementally defines cumulative National Instrument 43-101 compliant Inferred and Indicated gold resources aggregating 600,000 ounces of gold resources. These currently granted PSUs will vest 12 months from the date of grant, on August 28, 2027, and the grant is subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
