Anonymous Intelligence Company to Expand Business Strategy with SimpliiCrypto Project
Vancouver, British Columbia — July 11, 2025 — NewsWall — Anonymous Intelligence Company Inc. (CSE: ANON) (OTC: ANICF) (FRANKFURT: 1JI0) plans to broaden its business strategy with the development of SimpliiCrypto, an early-stage cryptocurrency project.
The initiative, spearheaded by President & CEO Denis Franks, will include other strategic alliance initiatives. Franks brings over a decade of experience in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology, having launched three prior cryptocurrency projects, according to the company.
The company is undertaking a non-brokered private placement of up to 5,000,000 units at $0.15 per unit, aiming to raise gross proceeds up to $750,000. Each unit includes one common share and one common purchase warrant, expiring in 24 months, with each warrant exercisable at $0.25 per share. Securities issued will be subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day from the issuance date, per Canadian securities legislation.
Proceeds from the offering will support cryptocurrency staking, mining, blockchain technology, and the development/minting of decentralized applications (dApps), alongside the SimpliiCrypto token launch. A portion will be invested in a globally recognized cryptocurrency for staking to generate revenue.
The company is also seeking strategic opportunities in cryptocurrency-related assets through cash and equity arrangements, aligning with efforts to expand its technology portfolio.
ANON is pursuing a strategic alliance similar to its relationship with CannÖgen International, which involves an investment where ANON holds approximately a 1% ownership interest in CannÖgen. CannÖgen has applied for listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
In parallel, ANON continues developing its Software Development Kit (SDK) and Virtual Private Network (VPN), rebranding them as SimpliiAi and Simplii VPN. These products are being enhanced for performance, privacy, and security.
Under Mr. Franks' leadership, the company has increased market capitalization and reduced debt by over $350,000.
