Steadright Critical Minerals Appoints Tyler Burpee to Advisory Committee and Updates Copper Valley Acquisition

Muskoka, Ontario — April 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) has announced the appointment of Tyler Burpee to its Advisory Committee and provided an update on the Copper Valley acquisition in Morocco.

Burpee, CEO of Catalyst Mines Inc. and Principal of Fallon Capital Inc., brings experience in resource deal origination, flow-through financing, and cross-jurisdictional project development. Catalyst Mines Inc. is advancing the Amasine cobalt-nickel-chromium project in Morocco's Siroua Massif.

Steadright has entered into a mineral claim purchase agreement with EMTF in Morocco for exploration permit No. 3842143, covering the “Copper Valley” project. Steadright owns 75% of the shares of NSM Capital Sarl, which incorporates the Copper Valley project, with an option to own up to 80%. Critical Foundation Metals Inc. holds the remaining 25% stake. The CSE has determined that the Copper Valley project does not constitute a Major Acquisition.

The agreement to issue four million shares of Steadright Critical Minerals to EMTF and one million shares to Critical Foundation Metals Inc. is being transacted.

The Copper Valley project is located in a mining-friendly jurisdiction with existing roadway access. This infrastructure supports cost-effective mobilization of crews and equipment.

The Board of Directors has approved the granting of 1,675,000 stock options to consultants and service providers and cancelled 420,000 options of former Officers. Each option has an exercise price of 0.25 cents CAN, expires on April 15th, 2031, and is subject to regulatory approvals.

Steadright CEO, Matt Lewis, stated that Tyler Burpee’s experience in Morocco will strengthen the company's team.
