British Columbia — August 28, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Cameo Resources Inc. has completed an NI43-101 Technical Report and a high-resolution drone magnetic survey for the Katoro Gold Property in Tanzania's Geita region. The company has also agreed to acquire the adjacent Kempton Gold Property, expanding Katoro by 6.21 square kilometers.

Cameo entered into an agreement on August 25, 2025, to acquire PL 12902/2024, the Kempton Gold Property, based on a positive NI43-101 Technical Report. The Kempton property adjoins Katoro to the south within the Lake Victoria goldfield. The combined properties now cover 18.73 square kilometers.

The company has expanded its high-resolution drone magnetic survey, run by HETAMIS Mineral Services Ltd., to include both properties using a MagArrow II from Geometrics Canada. Several secondary east-west structures are believed to be exploration targets.

Brian Thurston, PGeo, stated that the Kempton acquisition increases prospective gold mineralized ground controlled by Cameo by 50% and Cameo is using modern technology to investigate the area and fast-track exploration.

Brian Thurston, P.Geo., the Company’s technical advisor and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical information in this news release.
