Northern Lights Resources Receives Multi-Year Exploration Permit for Horetzky Project

Vancouver, British Columbia — July 23, 2025 — NewsWall — Northern Lights Resources Corp. (CSE:NLR, OTC: NLRCF) has received approval for a multi-year area-based exploration drill permit (MYAB Permit) for the Horetzky Project in north-central British Columbia, Canada.

The permit, effective for five years until March 31, 2030, allows Northern Lights to conduct exploration activities at the Hortezky Project, including drilling up to 100 holes, geophysical surveys, and surface trenching and sampling. The company has also changed its auditors from Baker Tilly WM LLP to DeVisser Gray LLP, effective July 15, 2025.

Northern Lights CEO Jason Bahnsen said that the granting of the 5 year exploration permit for the Horetzky Project is a major milestone for the Company, adding that they are now fully permitted to begin the execution of the first phase exploration program on the project.

Northern Lights has lodged a reclamation liability bond of $38,500 with the BC Ministry of Mining and Critical Minerals.

Mr. Lee R. Beasley, a Certified Professional Geologist, has reviewed and approved the exploration results and permit applications.
