GOAT Industries Appoints New Director and Corporate Secretary

Mr. Vanry brings over 25 years of experience in senior management with public and private companies. His expertise includes capital markets, strategic planning, corporate finance, M&A, regulatory compliance, accounting, and financial reporting. He has held leadership positions in mining, oil and gas, renewable energy, high-technology and manufacturing.

The company also announced that Mr. Lawrence Hay resigned as a director and Corporate Secretary, effective December 12, 2025.

Mr. Vanry holds the right to use the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) designations and is a member of both the CFA Institute and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.
