VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. Completes Soil Geochemical Sampling Program at Lac Laura Gold-Copper Property

August 19, 2026 — Leads & Copy — VanadiumCorp Resource Inc. has successfully completed a soil geochemical sampling program at its wholly-owned Lac Laura Gold-Copper Property in Québec's Chibougamau Mining District. The program, conducted by Explo-Logik Inc., aimed to gather modern geochemical data over prospective structural corridors to refine geological interpretations and prioritize future exploration targets.

A total of 314 B/C horizon soil samples were collected across a systematic grid covering the Lac Laura Shear Zone and the Chibougamau Copper Shear Zone. This survey focused on identifying structural and geological trends to enhance target definition and support future drilling programs.

All collected samples have been sent to AGAT Laboratories, an independent, accredited facility, for preparation and geochemical analysis. The analysis will utilize Aqua Regia digestion with ICP-OES/ICP-MS finish for multi-element geochemistry, targeting gold, copper, and related pathfinder elements.

In addition to the soil survey, field crews discovered a prospective outcrop within a historical stripping area. Company management plans a site visit to assess these new exposures for their geological characteristics and mineralization potential. The analytical results will be integrated with historical data and geological mapping to guide future exploration planning.

The Chibougamau Mining District is a known region for gold, copper, vanadium, and critical mineral occurrences. VanadiumCorp believes that applying modern exploration techniques to historically explored properties can identify new targets.

VanadiumCorp will provide further updates upon receipt, review, and interpretation of the analytical results. The company also recently completed a rock chip sampling program at its Lac Doré Vanadium-Iron-Titanium Project, with details to be released separately.

The exploration program was managed by Explo-Logik Inc. Samples were analyzed by AGAT Laboratories. The Company's quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) program includes certified reference materials, blanks, and duplicate samples. Technical information in this release was reviewed and approved by Ms. Suzie Tremblay, P.Geo., Vice President of Explo-Logik Inc., a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
