Charbone Retains RB Milestone Group for Investor Relations

October 31, 2025. Brossard, Quebec — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has engaged RB Milestone Group LLC (RBMG) for investor relations services. The services include corporate communications advisory, non-deal roadshow advisory, market intelligence advisory, and business referrals. The initial term is 6 months, starting October 20, 2025, for US$59,500, billed monthly.

After the initial term, the agreement auto-renews monthly until termination. The agreement is subject to regulatory approval.

CHARBONE also updated its shares-for-debt settlement dated August 14, 2025, following discussions with the TSX Venture Exchange. CHARBONE will settle $30,000 of the original $118,095 payable to a market maker by issuing 500,000 common shares. The settlement is subject to final approval by the TSX Venture Exchange.
