Majestic Gold Corp. Revises Special Cash Dividend Record Date

Vancouver, British Columbia — September 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Majestic Gold Corp. has revised the record date for a previously announced special cash dividend. The company, also known as Majestic, changed the record date from September 16, 2026, to September 18, 2026.

Shareholders of record at the close of business on September 18, 2026, will be eligible to receive the special cash dividend of C$0.0055 per common share. The payment date for this dividend remains unchanged at October 9, 2026. All other terms associated with the special cash dividend are expected to remain the same.
