Enerev5 Metals Inc. Adopts Semi-Annual Financial Reporting to Reduce Administrative Burden
Toronto, Ontario — October 30, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Enerev5 Metals Inc. has adopted semi-annual financial reporting, a move aimed at reducing the administrative and financial burden associated with quarterly reporting. The company is eligible for this change by virtue of Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933, which provides exemptions for certain venture issuers to report semi-annually.
The blanket order allows eligible venture issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange to voluntarily transition from a quarterly to a semi-annual financial reporting framework. Enerev5's fiscal year concludes on May 31. Under the semi-annual reporting pilot program, the company will no longer be required to file interim financial reports and their accompanying management's discussion and analysis (MD&A) for the three-month and nine-month interim periods of its fiscal year. The initial interim period for which Enerev5 will not file is the three-month period that ended on August 31, 2026.
Despite this change, Enerev5 will continue to submit audited annual financial statements and MD&A, which are due 120 days after May 31. Additionally, the company will still file unaudited six-month financial statements and MD&A, due 60 days after November 30. Enerev5 has affirmed its commitment to timely disclosure and will continue to report all material changes and significant developments as mandated by National Instrument 51-102 -- Continuous Disclosure Obligations and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. This news release itself is being issued and filed in accordance with the blanket order.
