Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. Provides Update on Management Cease Trade Order
August 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Steadright Critical Minerals Inc. (CSE: SCM) is providing an update on the status of a management cease trade order (MCTO) granted by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) on July 30, 2026. The MCTO remains in effect until the company files its audited annual financial statements for the year ended March 31, 2026, the related management's discussion and analysis, and the related officer certificates.
These required filings were due by July 29, 2026. Steadright intends to comply with National Policy 12-203 – Management Cease Trade Orders by issuing bi-weekly default status reports in the form of news releases until the situation is resolved.
The company confirmed that since the July 30 announcement, there have been no material changes to the information previously disclosed, no failures in fulfilling its stated intentions regarding alternative information guidelines, no subsequent specified defaults, and no other material undisclosed information.
Steadright's management and audit committee are working diligently with the company's auditor to finalize the required filings. The company anticipates submitting these documents on or about September 28, 2026. Steadright will continue to issue bi-weekly default status reports as required under NP 12-203 for as long as the filings remain delayed.
