Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. is focused on a silver-recovery and exploration strategy within Ontario's historic Cobalt-Gowganda mining camp. The company's primary objective is to establish the necessary technical, engineering, financing, and permitting for silver recovery at Gowganda, aiming to generate cash flow that will support further exploration activities.

The company's recovery strategy is underpinned by its wholly owned TTL Laboratories in Cobalt, which is the only permitted high-grade milling facility in the region. TTL offers assay and bulk-sampling services, along with infrastructure for high-grade silver processing and silver doré pouring. The facility is equipped with crushing, screening, gravity equipment, and a bullion furnace, providing Nord with a foundation for advancing its own projects and developing a broader processing business to serve other operators in the Cobalt Camp. Nord plans to expand this regional role through technical work, commercial agreements, and securing environmental approvals for new material streams.

Nord's 63 square kilometre Castle property includes 225 hectares of leases and encompasses the past-producing Siscoe-O'Brien, Castle, and Millerett silver mines, as well as the Castle East discovery. The company is continuing to evaluate drilling results from Castle East and an exploration-stage open-pit concept detailed in its August 31, 2026 update. Additionally, Nord is exploring metal-recovery opportunities utilizing the Re-2Ox hydrometallurgical process.
