Wildpack Beverage Inc. Directors and Officers Resign Following Secured Lender Enforcement
Vancouver, British Columbia — September 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Wildpack Beverage Inc. (TSXV: CANS) (OTC: WLDPF) announced that, effective immediately, all of its directors and officers have resigned from their positions. This includes Mitch Barnard, Steve Fader, Thomas Walker, and Gene Carr. Consequently, the Company now has no directors or officers.
This action follows a previous disclosure on July 1, 2026, where the Company indicated that its principal secured lender, Sandton Capital, had expressed its intention to enforce its security. Wildpack has now received formal notice from Sandton Capital Solutions Master Fund V, LP, confirming the completion of enforcement proceedings against the Company's assets. The secured lender had previously advised that one or more Events of Default had occurred and were continuing under the relevant loan documents, leading to the acceleration of the indebtedness. The total amount owing was stated to be $95,351,843.90.
According to a notice dated September 15, 2026, the secured lender has acquired all collateral assets pledged to it, satisfying the indebtedness in full, as per Section 9-620 of the Uniform Commercial Code. Following this transaction, the public company has no remaining assets or operations.
Wildpack previously provided beverage manufacturing and packaging services to the middle market. Its offerings included aluminum can filling, decorating, packaging, brokering, and logistics for customers across the United States. The Company operated indirectly through its wholly owned subsidiaries and utilized two facilities located in Baltimore, Maryland, and Austin, Texas.
