CiTech and Aqura Technologies Sign NDA for Communications Integration
Vancouver, BC — November 14, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CiTech) has signed a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with Aqura Technologies, paving the way for potential integration of Aqura's communications capabilities into CiTech's Nexus platform.
The NDA establishes a framework for the exchange of technical, commercial, and engineering information between CiTech and Aqura. This will allow for detailed discussions about integrating Aqura’s expertise in advanced communications, private 4G/5G networks, industrial IoT, and unified communications solutions into CiTech’s Nexus platform.
CiTech’s Nexus platform is a 20-meter autonomous, relocatable tower system designed for mission-critical communications, surveillance, and digital infrastructure. It serves sectors such as defense, mining, emergency services, and remote industrial operations.
Aqura Technologies, a subsidiary within the Telstra Purple group, brings experience in private 4G/5G, edge compute, enterprise connectivity, and remote-site digital solutions. Their expertise makes them an ideal partner for advanced communications integration, according to CiTech.
