Aether Global Innovations Corp. Announces CFO Change

Vancouver, B.C. — September 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Aether Global Innovations Corp. has announced a change in its interim Chief Financial Officer. Effective immediately, Rick Unrau has resigned from the position, and Philip Lancaster has been appointed as the interim CFO.

Mr. Unrau will continue in his roles as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company. Mr. Lancaster will maintain his responsibilities as President and a director while also serving as interim CFO.

Following these executive changes, the Company's officers are now comprised of Rick Unrau as Chief Executive Officer and Philip Lancaster as President and interim Chief Financial Officer. The Board of Directors includes Rick Unrau, Philip Lancaster, Adam Eames, and Douglas Smith.
