American Salars Lithium Inc. Transitions to Semi-Annual Financial Reporting
VANCOUVER, BC, August 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — American Salars Lithium Inc. has elected to transition to semi-annual financial reporting, a move permitted for eligible venture issuers under Coordinated Blanket Order 51-933. The company announced its decision to move from quarterly to semi-annual reporting, citing its eligibility criteria, which include being a venture issuer listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange with annual revenues under $10 million and a consistent 12-month disclosure record.
Under the new reporting schedule, American Salars will be exempt from filing interim financial reports and related management discussion and analysis (MD&A) for its first and third fiscal quarters. The company's fiscal year concludes on September 30. Consequently, the initial period for which an interim report and MD&A will not be filed is the three-month period ending June 30, 2026.
American Salars will continue to submit its audited annual financial report and accompanying MD&A, which are due within 120 days of its fiscal year-end on September 30. Additionally, a six-month interim financial report and related MD&A will still be filed, due within 60 days of March 31.
The technical information within this release concerning the LAKE THROSSELL SULPHATE OF POTASH (“SOP”) PROJECT has been reviewed and approved by Mitchell E. Lavery, P. Geo.
