Ocumetics Technology Corp. Increases Offering to Raise Up To $3.2 Million

Calgary, Alberta — July 30, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ocumetics Technology Corp. has increased the size of its offering of units to raise up to $3.2 million in gross proceeds, driven by strong investor demand. The offering, previously announced on July 7 and July 29, 2026, will now consist of up to 8,000,000 units, up from a previous maximum of 5,000,000 units. Each unit is priced at $0.40.

Each unit comprises one common share of the Corporation and one common share purchase warrant. These warrants grant the holder the right to acquire an additional common share at an exercise price of $0.50 for three years from their issuance date. The warrants include an acceleration clause: if the volume-weighted average trading price of Ocumetics' common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange reaches at least $0.75 for 30 consecutive trading days, the Corporation may accelerate the expiry date of the warrants, provided notice is given to holders at least 30 days in advance.

The net proceeds from this offering are intended to support the Corporation's ongoing first-in-human clinical trials, fund continued research and development, and cover general working capital. While Ocumetics plans to utilize the proceeds as described, the actual allocation may differ based on future operations, events, or opportunities.

Both the common shares and warrants are subject to a statutory hold period of four months and one day following their issuance. The increase in the offering size has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

A previous press release dated July 29, 2026, contained an error regarding the offering price, which was incorrectly stated as $0.35 per unit. The correct price remains $0.40 per unit.
