Nord Precious Metals Mining Concludes Private Placement and Revises Flow-Through Financing Terms
August 9, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Nord Precious Metals Mining Inc. (TSX.V: NTH) (OTCQB: CCWOF) (FRANKFURT: 4T9B) announced the closing of the second and final tranche of a non-brokered private placement, issuing 400,000 units at $0.12 per unit, raising $48,000, bringing the total raised to $228,400 across both tranches. Each unit includes one common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.155 per share for five years. Finder's fees of $3,360 and 28,000 non-transferable finder warrants were paid, with warrants exercisable at $0.155 per share for five years.
The company also revised the terms of its flow-through (FT) financing, now issuing 8,333,400 FT Units at $0.12 per unit, raising $1,000,008. Each FT unit includes one flow-through common share and one share purchase warrant, exercisable at $0.18 per share for two years. Finder’s fees of $70,000.56 and 550,060 non-transferable finder warrants were paid, with warrants exercisable at $0.18 per share for two years. All securities are subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval and a four-month hold period. Proceeds will fund exploration at the Castle East Project in Gowganda, Ontario, and for working capital.
