Windfall Geotek to Deploy AI System at Precore Gold’s Lac Big-Rush Property

Brossard, Québec — April 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Windfall Geotek Inc. (CSE: WIN; OTCQB: WINKF) will employ its proprietary Machine Learning AI System on Precore Gold’s (CSE: PRCG) Lac Big-Rush Property in Quebec's Chibougamau Mining Camp.

Windfall Geotek, a pioneer in AI-driven mineral exploration since 2005, will process Precore Gold’s consolidated geoscientific datasets to generate high-confidence, AI-driven predictive exploration targets before the company’s exploration and drilling campaign planned for later this year. Preliminary results are expected in the coming months.

The AI system deployment includes two distinct modeling phases: a regional scale model and a high-resolution MAG survey.

Model 1 (Regional Scale) will cover 365.55 sq/km at a 50-meter resolution, incorporating merged magnetic data and topography with historical gold assays from drillhole and rock samples in the SIGEOM public database. This involves analyzing 146,367 data points to identify broad regional trends and structural corridors, as illustrated in Figures 1 & 2.

Model 2 (High-Resolution MAG survey) will cover 123.75 sq/km at a 25-meter resolution. This model uses newly acquired magnetic data and SRTM, processing 196,479 individual data points, also shown in Figures 1 & 2.

Michel Fontaine, President and CEO of Windfall Geotek, said that Windfall Geotek’s AI-driven exploration platform is redefining target generation. He also stated that, through dual-signature modeling, the company ranks and prioritizes zones using the highest similarity scores across independent predictive models and that, with over two decades of R&D investment and a fully cloud-powered infrastructure, they are now able to compress what traditionally takes months into just days.

Fontaine added that this integrated approach—combining AI, geophysics, and geological expertise from senior geologists—positions Precore Gold to dramatically reduce its exploration footprint by up to 99% and focus capital exclusively on the most prospective targets.

The technical information was reviewed and approved by Grigor Heba, Principal Geologist of Windfall Geotek and a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.
