West Mining Corp. Sells Junker Property for Cash and Hi-View Shares
October 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — West Mining Corp. has entered into a property purchase agreement to sell its Junker Property to Hi-View Resources Inc. and Zeal Exploration Inc. The agreement, dated October 1, 2026, outlines the terms for West Mining to divest all its rights, title, and interest in the Junker Property to the Purchaser, a collective term for Hi-View and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zeal.
Upon closing of the transaction, West Mining is set to receive $7,500 in cash. In addition to the cash payment, the company will be issued an aggregate of 125,000 common shares of Hi-View. These Hi-View shares will be subject to a standard four-month hold period, adhering to applicable securities laws and the policies of the Canadian Securities Exchange.
The closing of this transaction is anticipated to occur on or before October 16, 2026. West Mining has stated it will provide further updates as warranted.
