Solarvest BioEnergy Appoints New CEO and Director, Announces Resignations

Vancouver, B.C. — June 18, 2025 — NewsWall — Solarvest BioEnergy Inc. has appointed Marc Buchmann as the new CEO and a Director, and Dr. Trevor Greenham as a Director and Chief Science Officer. These appointments coincide with the resignations of Grant Larsen, CEO, and Leslie Auld, CFO.

Buchmann brings thirty years of leadership experience in environment, technology, and business innovation. Dr. Greenham will focus on advancing the company’s algae-based production platform.

Paul Lipoth and Alex MacKay will continue to serve as Directors.

The Board has expressed its gratitude to Larsen and Auld for their contributions to Solarvest, especially in managing assets and initiating the company's restructuring.

Solarvest is dedicated to furthering its algal biologics platform, particularly its organic Omega-3 solution.
