Western Star Resources Releases Updated Investor Presentation on U.S. Tungsten Projects

The presentation consolidates historical production data, recent exploration results, geophysical interpretations, surface sampling findings, and planned advancement strategies for the company's Eagle Point, Rowland, and White Star tungsten projects in the United States, along with its drill-permitted polymetallic Western Star Project in British Columbia.

The company highlights a significant transformation over the past year, moving from the acquisition of historically productive mineral assets to the active generation of modern exploration data and the advancement of priority targets toward drill testing. Western Star's U.S. tungsten strategy is now centered on three past-producing projects in established U.S. mining jurisdictions, each offering distinct exploration opportunities and contributing to a growing pipeline of potential drill targets.

At Eagle Point, New Mexico, a 100% interest project, historical production involved approximately 1,800 tons of scheelite-bearing material shipped between 1943–44. Surface sampling by the U.S. Geological Survey and the New Mexico Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources yielded results including a scheelite-rich outcrop sample returning 27.6% WO₃ and 0.98% Mo. In 1955, the U.S. Government prepared and recommended an exploration contract to fund 75% of a program involving shaft sinking and diamond drilling. Western Star intends to use modern mapping, geochemistry, geophysics, and drilling to test historically identified tungsten mineralization, aiming to generate sufficient data for a potential maiden NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate. A drilling program is being targeted for 2026, subject to permitting, financing, and other conditions.

The Rowland and White Star projects in Nevada form the consolidated Jarbidge–Charleston tungsten footprint, covering over six kilometers of prospective tungsten-bearing horizons. Western Star's 2026 exploration program at Rowland returned selected rock and channel samples assaying up to 4.02% WO₃. Soil geochemistry, UAV magnetics, and geological mapping have identified Central and Rowland Main as key exploration targets within a one-kilometer geochemical corridor. At White Star, adjacent to Rowland, a 2026 selective rock sample returned 3.00% WO₃. The company's first modern high-resolution UAV magnetic dataset has identified multiple target zones beyond historical workings. Drill-permitting activities have commenced for the consolidated Jarbidge–Charleston district, with a USFS Plan of Operations to be submitted shortly.

Western Star is assessing available U.S. federal programs to support domestic critical-mineral exploration and development, including potential grant and cost-sharing opportunities. The company has submitted an application in response to a U.S. Defense Industrial Base Consortium solicitation for strategic critical minerals. The historical precedent at Eagle Point includes a 1955 U.S. Government recommendation for a contract to fund 75% of an exploration program, which ultimately did not become effective.

Blake Morgan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Star Resources, stated, “The purpose of this new presentation is to show investors exactly what Western Star has built and, more importantly, where we intend to take it next.” He emphasized the generation of modern geophysics, geochemistry, and certified laboratory results at Rowland and White Star, with drill permitting underway. Morgan highlighted Eagle Point’s potential for a NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate while testing broader exploration potential, and the Nevada projects' district-scale target pipeline.

The updated presentation also details Western Star's 100% owned Western Star Property in British Columbia, which is permitted for drilling and hosts twelve documented MINFILE mineral occurrences. While this property offers exposure to gold, silver, copper, lead, and zinc, the company's principal focus remains on its U.S. tungsten portfolio.
