Charbone Hydrogen Reports Financial and Operational Results for Q2 2025

Brossard, Quebec — August 29, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CHARBONE HYDROGEN CORPORATION (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has announced its financial and operational results for the three and six-month periods ending June 30, 2025. The company, which focuses on ultra-pure green hydrogen production and distribution, reported a net loss decrease of 39% to $444,542 in Q2 2025, down from $729,425 in Q2 2024.

Construction of the Sorel-Tracy facility has commenced, with Hydro-Québec completing the electrical interconnection and metering, the town connecting the water supply, and contractors starting civil construction works. Production is expected to begin this fall.

The company also recognized first revenues from a Malaysian green hydrogen project development and closed units for debt settlement of $1,273,702, shares for management debt settlement of $310,000, and warrant exercises totaling $575,022. Additionally, Charbone signed a term sheet for a construction capital facility of up to US $50 million and executed an offtake agreement with a US Tier One industrial gases producer.
