Silver Crown Royalties Inc. Reports Strong Year-Over-Year Revenue Growth and Record Net Income for Q3 2026

TORONTO, ON – October 30, 2026 – Leads & Copy – Silver Crown Royalties Inc. (Cboe: SCRI, OTCQX: SLCRF, BF: QS0) has announced its financial results for the quarter ending September 30, 2026, reporting significant year-over-year revenue growth and a record quarterly net income. The company has filed its unaudited interim condensed consolidated financial statements and management's discussion and analysis for the period on SEDAR+ and its website.

For the three months ended September 30, 2026, Silver Crown generated $1,609,779 in royalty revenue, marking a 541% increase compared to $251,212 in the same period of 2025. This revenue was 14% lower than the $1,867,056 reported in the second quarter of 2026, attributed to a decrease in the average silver price during the third quarter.

Attributable silver deliveries for the quarter totaled 18,063 ounces, a 288% increase from 4,651 ounces in Q3 2025, remaining unchanged from Q2 2026. The company achieved a record net income of $379,110 ($0.07 per basic share), a substantial improvement from a net loss of $468,172 in Q3 2025, marking the second consecutive profitable quarter for Silver Crown.

The company's balance sheet has been strengthened, with cash and term deposits totaling $7,720,517 and working capital of $15,485,929 as of September 30, 2026. In the first nine months of 2026, Silver Crown received $13,837,779 from the exercise of warrants.

A key development during the quarter was the expansion of its Madre Sierra royalty position. Effective September 15, 2026, Silver Crown acquired a third privately held 1% net smelter return royalty on Titiminas Silver Inc.'s Madre Sierra deposit in Jauja, Peru. This acquisition adds to two existing 1% net smelter return royalties acquired on June 30, 2026.

The consideration for the third royalty included US$2,000,000 in cash paid at closing. An additional US$1,000,000 was paid through the issuance of 38,401 units, each consisting of one common share and one-half of a warrant exercisable at 150% of the issue price for 24 months. Furthermore, up to US$1,000,000 in additional units may be payable once the first royalty payment is received following at least 30 days of continuous production at a rate of at least 70 tonnes per day.

Silver Crown Royalties Inc. is a publicly traded silver royalty company focused on generating free cash flow. The company holds eight silver royalties across six projects, offering investors exposure to precious metals with a natural hedge against currency devaluation and mitigating the impact of production cost inflation.
