UraniumX Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — January 23, 2026 — Leads & Copy —

UraniumX Discovery Corp. (CSE: STMN) has announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $1.5 million. The offering consists of up to 7,500,000 units priced at $0.20 each.

Each unit includes one common share of the company and one common share purchase warrant. Warrants can be used to acquire one common share at a price of $0.30 per share for a period of 36 months from the date of issuance. The warrants will be exercisable 60 days following the closing date of the offering.

The company intends to use the net proceeds for general working capital and corporate purposes. Funds may also be allocated for future exploration and development activities on its Murphy Lake Property, Zoo Bay Property and Neocore Property.

The units will be offered for sale to purchasers resident in Canada, excluding Quebec, pursuant to the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption, and will not be subject to resale restrictions in accordance with applicable Canadian securities laws. The closing of the offering is expected to occur on or before February 13, 2026, and is subject to regulatory and exchange approvals.
