CORPORATION CHARBONE Announces Commercial Production at Sorel-Tracy Site

Brossard, Quebec — December 16, 2025 — Leads & Copy — CORPORATION CHARBONE (TSXV: CH; OTCQB: CHHYF; FSE: K47) has announced the commercial production of its modular Sorel-Tracy site (Phase 1A).

The Sorel-Tracy project is now in commercial production mode after the complete installation of Phase 1A equipment and successful testing. Technical teams have validated the process stability, production parameter compliance, and overall performance.

According to Dave B. Gagnon, CEO of CHARBONE, the launch represents years of strategic work. The company is preparing for its first delivery.

The Sorel-Tracy modular plant, the first local and decentralized UHP clean hydrogen production facility in Quebec, is a pillar of CHARBONE's North American strategy.

CHARBONE's roadmap includes a multi-phase rollout, leading to increased capacity and the expansion of an interconnected network of strategic gas production and distribution across Canada and the United States.
