Bighorn Metals Corp. Engages ITG for Market-Making Services to Enhance Share Liquidity

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — July 16, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Bighorn Metals Corp. (CSE: HRNY) has engaged Independent Trading Group (ITG) to provide market-making services, aiming to enhance the liquidity and maintain a reasonable market for the company's shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) and other trading venues. The agreement, effective immediately, is for an initial term of one month with a fee of $5,500. It is set to renew automatically for additional one-month periods unless terminated by either party with 30 days' notice.

The agreement stipulates that ITG will not receive shares or options as compensation. Bighorn Metals and ITG are independent entities, and ITG's principals hold no direct or indirect interest in the company's securities at the time of the agreement. ITG, a Toronto-based CIRO dealer-member established in 1992, specializes in market making, liquidity provision, agency execution, ultra-low latency connectivity, and algorithmic trading solutions. The firm leverages proprietary technology to offer high-quality liquidity and execution services to public issuers and institutional investors.

Bighorn Metals Corp. is focused on its option to acquire the Loljuh Property, located in the Omineca Mining Division of British Columbia. The property comprises one claim covering 1,656.73 hectares, situated approximately 40 km south of Smithers and 32 km west of Houston. This area is considered prospective for porphyry copper-gold mineralization.

Previous geochemical work conducted in 2019 identified anomalous gold and copper in soil samples across the property. Rock sampling in the same year also returned anomalous copper and gold values from several locations within the plateau area. An aeromagnetic survey further indicated areas of alteration.

The company recently completed several work programs on the Loljuh Property, including ground mapping, geological prospecting and sampling. Detailed grid work was conducted over the plateau area (50 x 50-meter grid), the Loljuh area (25 x 50-meter grid), and the Bornite Zone (25 x 25-meter grid).
