Mr. Vanry brings over 25 years of senior management experience with expertise in capital markets, strategic planning, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. He holds CFA and CIM designations and is a member of the CFA Institute and the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.

Mr. Lawrence Hay resigned as a director and Corporate Secretary on December 12, 2025. The Company thanked Mr. Hay for his contributions.
