These facilities provide Innovotech with non-dilutive working capital to support its ongoing growth initiatives.

The working capital will be instrumental in funding the commercial rollout of the Company’s InnovoTEST™ Hazardous Drug Wipe Testing Kits and facilitating the expansion of its contract research and laboratory testing services. As part of this strategic banking transition, Innovotech will consolidate its daily banking operations with ATB. This consolidation involves closing several legacy accounts and smaller facilities, a move expected to streamline administrative processes, reduce banking costs, and provide management with a unified view of the company’s financial standing.

This partnership unites two Alberta-based institutions with deep roots in Edmonton. ATB Financial has been serving Albertans and businesses since 1938, while Innovotech has cultivated its laboratory business in Edmonton for over two decades, catering to medical device, pharmaceutical, and healthcare clients both domestically and internationally.
