Pambili Natural Resources Appoints Emil Bagge to Board of Directors

CALGARY, Canada — March 25, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Pambili Natural Resources Corporation (TSX-V: PNN) has appointed Emil Bagge to its Board of Directors. Bagge previously served as an Investor Relations (IR) consultant for Pambili and will relinquish that role following his appointment as a director.

According to Pambili, Bagge brings a track record in capital markets and investor relations across the junior mining sector. He has served as Investor Relations advisor to Molten Metals Inc. (CSE: MOLT.CN) and Switch Metals Ltd. (LSE: SWT), as well as a number of private mining ventures, developing a broad network of investors across European and international markets.

The company believes Bagge’s experience working with listed and private mining companies positions him well to help advance Pambili’s gold assets in Zimbabwe and build a stronger platform for shareholders.

Pambili CEO Jon Harris said he has been impressed by Bagge’s ability to raise funds to develop mining projects in emerging economies and his success in raising money for Pambili.

Bagge said he understands what it takes to rebuild institutional confidence and attract capital during a restructuring, having worked with junior mining companies at various stages of development. He added that he believes there is a real opportunity to sharpen the company's asset base and create a stronger platform for shareholders, and he looks forward to working with the team to drive that process forward.

The Company also announced that Kevin Blanchette has stepped down from the Board of Directors. Blanchette was appointed as a director in November 2023.

Harris thanked Blanchette for his contribution to the Company and wished him well in the future.
