CULT Food Science Announces Voting Results and New Board Appointment
August 8, 2025 — CULT Food Science Corp. (CSE: CULT) (OTC: CULTF) (FRA: LN00) announced the voting results from its Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders (AGSM) held earlier today. Shareholders voted in favor of all matters of business, including the audited financial statements for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2024 and 2023, fixing the number of directors at three, electing the directors, appointing the auditors, approving a special resolution to consolidate common shares, and approving the renewal of the 2021 Stock Option Plan and 2021 Restricted Share Unit Plan.
The company announced that Mr. Naveen Varshney is no longer in a position to accept the appointment to the Board of Directors. The Company will instead appoint Mr. Mark Goldhar as a director, effective August 5, 2025.
Mr. Mark Goldhar is a financial professional and entrepreneurial executive with over 17 years of experience. He has co-founded and exited a dozen companies, with five sold to public companies or strategic acquirers for over $290 million. Currently, he is the CEO of Wenova Ventures.
