Blende Silver Corp. Closes First Tranche of Private Placement, Raising Over $1.1 Million

Vancouver, Canada — September 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Blende Silver Corp. has successfully closed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $1,142,500. The placement involved the issuance of 1,690,000 Flow-Through units at $0.25 per unit, generating $422,500, and 3,600,000 Non Flow-Through units at $0.20 per unit, raising $720,000.

Each unit comprises one common share and one share purchase warrant. These warrants are exercisable at $0.30 per share until September 16, 2028, and are designated as Non-Flow-Through. The proceeds from this private placement are designated for the advancement of the Blende property and general working capital requirements.

The transaction is pending approval from the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued are subject to a statutory four-month-and-one-day hold period, which will expire on January 17, 2027. In connection with this first tranche, finder's fees were issued, including $75,600 in cash, 252,000 finder's warrants exercisable at $0.20, and 100,800 finder's warrants exercisable at $0.25, all to expire on September 16, 2028. These fees were distributed in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The company noted that the private placement remains open.

Blende Silver Corp. is a junior resource company based in Vancouver, with its primary focus on the exploration and development of the Blende Project, a silver-zinc-lead property located in north-central Yukon. The company's 100%-owned property features a carbonate-hosted Ag-Zn-Pb mineral resource, which has been historically cited as the largest of its kind in Yukon. A review of historical and recent data has identified prospective areas for further exploration to the west, north, and east-southeast of the currently defined zones.
