Ecolomondo Corporation Receives Court Order Extending Stay of Proceedings

Montreal, Québec — August 27, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ecolomondo Corporation and its wholly-owned subsidiaries have been granted an extension for the stay of proceedings until September 14, 2026, by the Superior Court of Québec (Commercial Division). This extension provides additional time for KPMG Inc., acting as the Monitor, to continue the second phase of the sale and investment solicitation process (SISP) for the company's business and assets. The initial stay was set to expire on August 26, 2026.

The Court's order also exempts the Monitor from filing a report related to the application for this current extension. Throughout the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA) proceedings, additional information is available on the Monitor's website. Ecolomondo intends to issue further news releases as mandated by law, securities regulations, or as deemed necessary by the Company or the Court.
