Hi-View Resources Expands Junker Property with Acquisition of Additional Claims
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — October 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — HI-VIEW RESOURCES INC. announced today it has expanded its Junker Property in the Toodoggone Gold & Copper District of northern British Columbia by acquiring additional contiguous claims. The acquisition moves the Junkers showing onto the property, bringing the total to seven claims covering 3,473 hectares and establishing it as a significant generative property for Hi-View in the Toodoggone region.
The original Junker claims, comprising 1,372 hectares of tenure applications acquired in October 2025, formed the southern and southwestern extensions of the stratigraphy and structures. The newly added Junkers, Junker West, and Junker East claims, located to the north and northeast, now encompass the Junkers occurrence itself.
The property exhibits significant topographical relief, with elevations ranging from 1,300 meters to 2,402 meters, characterized by steep ridges and cliff faces. Access is limited to helicopters, with the property situated approximately 36 kilometers from Sturdee, 61 kilometers from the Kemess airstrip, and 25 kilometers beyond the road access point at Lawyers.
Geologically, the property is underlain by marine sedimentary and volcanic rocks of the Lower to Middle Jurassic Hazelton Group. This includes the volcaniclastic unit that hosts the Ursus skarn and the Harmon Peak veins. A small Jurassic granodiorite body is present in the northeastern section of the block.
A 2021 helicopter-borne gradient magnetic survey over the core block identified two strong anomalies along the East and West ridges. These anomalies are attributed to the volume of magnetic rock rather than alteration or mineralization. Lineament analysis of the same data suggested a north-northwest-trending element crossing the West Ridge, which aligns with an erosional notch feeding a talus fan with high-copper float samples. Elevated potassium and barium in 2021 samples along this lineament may indicate hydrothermal alteration. The Junkers occurrence itself features pyritic quartz veins and stringers containing copper, lead, and silver, with associated gold. A 2021 float sample from this area was found to be chalcopyrite-rich.
Exploration history on the property dates back to a 1995 regional silt sample returning 175 ppb Au. In 2004, Stealth Minerals discovered the occurrence, a pyritic quartz vein subcrop that yielded 0.1% Cu and 1.08 g/t Au, with nearby quartz stringers assaying 0.2% Pb and 8.64 g/t Ag, and float samples ranging from 1 to 4.1 g/t Au. Rock samples from the same program reported high silver content, up to 1,734 g/t, along with copper and gold values. The 2021 program incorporated airborne magnetics, reconnaissance mapping, soil sampling, and analysis of nine float samples from the talus fan, which showed significant copper content (up to 5.53%) and associated silver, gold, and molybdenum. A 2025 multispectral satellite analysis identified the occurrence as a site for further inspection.
During the 2026 exploration program, Hi-View collected four grab samples from a 30-meter-wide gossanous zone located 700 meters south of the Junkers mineral showing. This zone includes a prominent fault zone and veinlets with pyrite mineralization in the host porphyritic andesite rock. The company noted that there has been no drilling or systematic soil sampling on the property, and the southern claims have no sampling records.
Recommended next steps include structural mapping and contour sampling at the exposed ends of the West Ridge, along with reprocessing of the 2021 magnetic data.
Under the terms of the agreement, Hi-View has acquired a 100% interest in the property from an arm’s length vendor by issuing 125,000 common shares and making a $7,500 cash payment. The property is subject to a 2% net smelter returns royalty, which Hi-View will assume. The company retains the right to buy back 1% of this royalty for C$1,000,000.
In a separate announcement, Hi-View will issue 400,000 Restricted Share Units (RSUs) to consultants.
