BacTech Environmental Announces AGM Results and Board of Directors
Toronto, Canada — September 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — BacTech Environmental Corporation announced the successful conclusion of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 17, 2025. Shareholders voted on proposals and elected directors for the coming term.
All proposals outlined in the Company’s Management Information Circular were carried by a significant majority. These included setting the number of Directors to 7, electing Directors to the Board, ratifying the appointment of external auditors, receiving annual financial statements, ratifying the Stock Option Plan, and approving prior corporate actions.
The elected directors are: Honourable Timothy Lewin (Chair), M. Ross Orr (Chief Executive Officer), Donald Whalen (Independent Director), Carolina Orozco (Independent Director), Jay Naster (Independent Director), James Richardson (Independent Director), and Walter Cimowsky (Independent Director).
