Ventra Metals Corp. Shareholders Approve All Resolutions at Annual General and Special Meeting
VANCOUVER, BC, September 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ventra Metals Corp. announced that shareholders approved all resolutions presented at its annual general and special meeting held on September 16, 2026. A total of 5,946,600 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 36.77% of the issued and outstanding common shares.
During the meeting, the number of directors was set at five, and Sean McGrath, Mason Granger, Todd Burlingame, Scott Smith, and Shawn Nicholas were elected. Saturna Group, Chartered Professional Accountants LLP, was appointed as the Company's auditor.
Shareholders also approved the adoption of the Company's omnibus incentive plan by disinterested shareholders. Furthermore, the granting of 1,125,000 incentive stock options pursuant to the omnibus incentive plan was approved by disinterested shareholders.
