Fitzroy Minerals Secures C$1.95 Million Through Early Warrant Exercises
VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — October 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Fitzroy Minerals Inc. announced today that 100% of the warrants issued in connection with its private placement closed on October 16, 2024, have been exercised early, prior to their October 16, 2026 expiry date. The early exercise of these warrants has generated approximately C$1,951,009 in proceeds for the company.
The warrants, including finder's warrants, were originally issued as part of the Private Placement, with each exercisable to purchase one common share of Fitzroy Minerals at an exercise price of C$0.25 per share. All issued warrants have now been exercised.

Looking ahead, Fitzroy Minerals anticipates several key developments in the coming months. The company plans to publish a maiden Mineral Resource Estimate and Preliminary Economic Assessment for its Buen Retiro Copper Project. Additionally, drilling is expected to commence soon at the Caballos Copper Project.
The proceeds from the warrant exercises will bolster Fitzroy Minerals' financial position, enabling the company to advance its work programs at both the Buen Retiro Copper Project, located near Copiapó, Chile, and the Caballos Copper Project in Valparaiso, Chile.
