Bitcoin Well Completes Share Issuance for Sponsorship Agreement

Edmonton, Alberta — September 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Bitcoin Well Inc. (TSXV: BTCW; OTCQB: BCNWF) has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange and issued 412,740 common shares at C$0.15 per share for services provided from March 1 to May 31, 2025, and 458,066 common shares at C$0.135 per share for services provided from June 1 to August 31, 2025. The shares were issued under a sponsorship agreement with Energon Entertainment LLC (Simply Bitcoin).

All shares issued are subject to a four-month statutory hold period.
