North Atlantic Titanium Corp. Files Technical Report for Everett Titanium Project
Vancouver, British Columbia — October 8, 2026 — Leads & Copy — North Atlantic Titanium Corp. (CSE:NATO) (OTC:NATQF) (FSE:Y33) has filed an independent technical report on SEDAR+ for its Everett Titanium Project in Quebec. The report, prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101, details a significant titanium-vanadium-phosphate mineralized system at the Everett Property.
The mineralized system is hosted within an oxide-apatite noritic gabbro of the Lac Allard magmatic suite. Historical drilling, modern surface sampling, and analytical verification indicate a continuous mineralized intrusion extending at least 2.5 kilometers along strike, with potential for the trend to continue northward. The geological interpretation suggests a single intrusive unit rather than multiple isolated occurrences.
Exploration conducted between 2023 and 2026 has validated key aspects of the historical data, increasing confidence in the geological interpretation of the Everett Oxide Body. These findings support the continuity of the mineralized unit and provide a modern technical foundation for future exploration and project evaluation. Historical metallurgical investigations and recent technical studies also point to a consistent titanium-vanadium-phosphate mineralization across the investigated areas.
Currently, no Mineral Resource Estimate has been defined for the Everett Property. However, the Qualified Persons involved conclude that the geological continuity, mineralization style, and technical characteristics identified through both historical and recent work warrant continued exploration and evaluation of the Everett Oxide Body.
A staged, two-phase exploration program is recommended by the Qualified Persons. This program includes geological mapping, extensive surface sampling, geometallurgical and metallurgical testing, and up to 25,000 meters of diamond drilling. The estimated total exploration budget is approximately $13.65 million before taxes, including a contingency of $1.40 million.
Phase 1 of the exploration program is proposed to be executed in two sequential stages with an estimated cost of $3.58 million, or approximately $4.12 million including contingency. Stage 1 will focus on integrated surface exploration and geometallurgical definition work with an estimated budget of $1.14 million. This will be followed by Stage 2, which involves approximately 6,000 meters of diamond drilling at an estimated budget of $2.44 million. These stages are subject to favorable results from Phase 1.
Phase 2 is contingent on the success of Phase 1 and will include additional metallurgical testing, approximately 19,000 meters of diamond drilling, geological and resource modeling, and the preparation of an initial mineral resource estimate. The estimated cost for Phase 2 is approximately $9.53 million, including $0.87 million for contingency.
Micon International Limited, an experienced multidisciplinary engineering company, prepared the technical report. Micon offers services in geology, mining, metallurgy, mineral economics, and environmental and social studies, serving the mining industry since 1988.
Julien Davy, P.Geo., M.Sc., MBA, a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101, has reviewed and approved the technical and scientific information presented in this news release.
