CiTech and Juno Industries Partner to Develop Arctic-Ready Nexus Platform

Vancouver, BC — March 25, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Critical Infrastructure Technologies Ltd. (CSE: CTTT) (OTC: CITLF) (FRA: X9V) (“CiTech”) has entered a joint venture agreement with Juno Industries (“Juno”) to develop and commercialize an Arctic-ready version of CiTech’s Nexus platform, named the “Polar Nexus.”

The joint venture will be co-owned equally by CiTech and Juno. The goal is to advance the Polar Nexus system for testing and deployment in Arctic and extreme environments, identifying potential customers and partners for North American defense and commercial industries.

CiTech will contribute a Nexus platform and engineering support to adapt the system for Arctic conditions, while Juno will contribute $450,000. Both companies will work together to develop new Intellectual Property, including Arctic readiness, sensor integration, and scaled deployment.

The Polar Nexus platform will support communications, monitoring, and operations in remote environments, with a focus on northern defense and industrial applications. The companies aim to capitalize on the growing market for Arctic defense, surveillance, and communications infrastructure, driven by increasing strategic activity in northern regions.

According to Brenton Scott, CEO of Critical Infrastructure Technologies, the partnership with Juno Industries will expand the Nexus platform into Arctic and remote operating environments. By combining CiTech’s technology with Juno’s capabilities in North America and Arctic threat detection, the Polar Nexus is well-positioned to support opportunities across defense and industrial markets.

Hunter Scharfe, CEO of Juno Industries, expressed gratitude for the collaboration with CiTech.
