Centenario Gold Corp. Closes $1.5 Million Private Placement and Announces Equity Grants

August 28, 2026, Vancouver, BC — Leads & Copy — Centenario Gold Corp. has successfully closed a non-brokered private placement, raising aggregate gross proceeds of $1,500,000. The placement involved the issuance of 15,000,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit, as previously announced on August 7, 2026.

Each unit comprises one common share and one-half of a non-transferable common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant is exercisable for an additional common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds from this offering are earmarked for the exploration and evaluation of the Cabot project in Newfoundland and the Los Reyes project in Mexico.
