Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. partners with Wetaskiwin Co-op to expand SMART Seeder Mini-MAX™ distribution in Central Alberta

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA — September 17, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Clean Seed Capital Group Ltd. (“Clean Seed” or the “Company”) has entered into a commercial dealer and distribution agreement with Wetaskiwin Co-op to market and sell its SMART Seeder Mini-MAX™ equipment to farmers in Central Alberta. This partnership is a key step in Clean Seed's strategy to introduce its precision seeding technology to the market through established partners with existing relationships with producers. Wetaskiwin Co-op will promote the SMART Seeder Mini-MAX™ to its agricultural customers this fall, aiming to build product awareness and drive sales in the region.

Wetaskiwin Co-op, a local, farmer-owned agricultural cooperative serving Central Alberta, is part of Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), one of Canada's largest cooperative organizations. This collaboration provides Clean Seed with an opportunity to establish a commercial presence for the Mini-MAX™ within the broader Co-operative Retailing System, a significant Western Canadian network.

To further engage with producers, Clean Seed, in conjunction with Wetaskiwin, will be present at the Agri-Trade Equipment Expo at Westerner Park in Red Deer, Alberta, from November 11–13, 2026. The expo is expected to draw over 32,000 agricultural buyers and 500 exhibitors. The event, held after harvest, is an ideal time for producers to assess equipment needs for the upcoming season, offering a platform to build awareness for the Mini-MAX™, generate sales inquiries, and support Wetaskiwin's sales efforts.

Clean Seed views the relationship with Wetaskiwin as a critical step towards broader market development. If local adoption proves successful, it could pave the way for dealer arrangements with other FCL member cooperatives, potentially expanding the Mini-MAX™'s market reach beyond Central Alberta.

The SMART Seeder Mini-MAX™ is Clean Seed's compact precision seeding platform, designed to deliver the company’s advanced technology to smaller and more varied farming operations. Currently available in 5-foot configurations, it will soon be offered in sizes up to 20 feet. This product is one of the key platforms through which Clean Seed is deploying its patented precision seeding architecture via licensing, OEM manufacturing, and regional deployment channels, complementing its strategic relationship with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited and market development initiatives in Mexico and other priority markets.

Ron Yaroslawsky, Agro Division Manager of Wetaskiwin, highlighted the importance of assisting producers with equipment decisions amidst volatile farm input costs. He expressed that the SMART Seeder Mini-MAX™ offers value to their agricultural customers by improving precision and input efficiency, providing an opportunity to introduce the technology directly to local producers.

Graeme Lempriere, Founder, Chairman & CEO of Clean Seed, emphasized that the Mini-MAX™ is instrumental in bringing their developed technology to a wider market. He stated that working with established manufacturers and retailers is central to this strategy, and Wetaskiwin Co-op represents a significant opportunity to advance this approach in Canada. The immediate focus is on converting producer exposure into equipment sales in Central Alberta, with the broader goal of establishing a successful local presence that supports further Mini-MAX™ expansion.
