Ironman International Secures Construction Agreement for Fiber Optic Infrastructure
VANCOUVER, British Columbia — May 15, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Ironman International Ltd. (TSXV: IMI; OTCQB: IMITF) has secured a master construction agreement through its subsidiary, Ironman Directional Drilling Ltd., to provide construction and related services for fiber optic network infrastructure projects in the United States.
The agreement, effective as of May 12, 2026, is with a U.S.-based communications infrastructure partner and outlines a framework for Ironman Directional Drilling to deliver services under separate statements of work.
Under the terms, Ironman Directional Drilling will receive USD $12,108,750.00 in aggregate from the counterparty, payable in lump sums as per each statement of work. The costs and expenses tied to these services will be reflected in the company’s financial statements. Work is expected to begin within the next few weeks and conclude in 2026.
The scope of the project aligns with Ironman’s expertise, including fiber optic infrastructure construction, conduit installation, horizontal directional drilling, plowing, splicing, testing, commissioning, and related civil works. The project aims to support remote Indigenous communities in east-central Alaska.
Management views this agreement as a significant commercial achievement, validating Ironman’s operating platform in telecommunications infrastructure, trenchless construction, and field execution.
According to the company, revenue associated with the agreement will depend on executed work authorizations, project performance, customer acceptance, the timing of work completed, invoicing, payment, and other customary conditions associated with infrastructure construction projects.
