Knower Tech Expands Data Infrastructure with Acquisition of Cross Pixel Media

Edmonton, AB — September 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Knower Tech, a division of Know Company Inc., has acquired 100% of Cross Pixel Media Inc. in an all-cash transaction, expanding its data infrastructure and product offerings.

Cross Pixel provides audience data solutions and fields engineering and customer service teams for over 650 brands advertising on major digital platforms. The acquisition will strengthen Knower Tech, which provides audience targeting, ad automation, and campaign optimization tools to improve performance for media planners and buyers.
