Renforth Resources drilling program at Parbec gold deposit reaches 50% completion
TORONTO, Ontario — August 5, 2026 — Leads & Copy — Renforth Resources Inc. has reached the halfway point in its drilling program targeting the Parbec gold deposit in Quebec. The program is designed to explore beneath previously announced surface gold intersections found within the open pit footprint of the deposit. Visually identified lithologies, which are the target of the exploration, have been observed in the drill core. Samples are being collected and will be sent for assay, with results to be released upon availability.
The Parbec gold deposit is located in the Abitibi region of Quebec and is adjacent to Agnico Eagle Mines Limited's Canadian Malartic complex, one of Canada's largest open-pit gold mines. Renforth also holds the Victoria Ni/Cu/Co polymetallic deposit.
The company recently closed a financing on July 30, 2026, raising $186,000. This included the issuance of 4,799,996 flow-through shares at $0.03 per share and 1,400,000 common share units. Each unit comprises one share and one-half of a warrant, with the full warrant exercisable at $0.06 for 18 months.
Two channels, CHNL-PAR-26-59 and CHNL-PAR-26-60, for which results are not yet available, are also highlighted on a map accompanying the announcement. These results will be published when they become accessible.
