Lithium Chile Inc. Provides Update on Arizaro Project Sale in Argentina

CALGARY, ALBERTA — September 17, 2025 — Leads & Copy — Lithium Chile Inc. has updated the proposed sale of its Arizaro Project in Salta Province, Argentina. Following a binding letter of intent signed on December 16, 2024, the company and the buyer have progressed toward a definitive agreement.

Operational due diligence was completed in February 2025, with financial and legal due diligence finished in June. Negotiations are focused on finalizing legal clauses and conditions, with both parties reaffirming their commitment to concluding the transaction.

A special committee of independent directors has overseen the agreement and approved its submission to the TSX Venture Exchange for regulatory feedback. Before execution, the buyer will submit the agreement to its regulatory body for approval.

Lithium Chile is an exploration company with a portfolio of 11 properties in Chile and Argentina. Its shares are listed on the TSX-V (LITH) and the OTCQB (LTMCF).
